The CLE01 pavement condition evaluation and ice prediction equipment is a pavement condition monitoring and reporting system developed in accordance with the requirements of the Rules for Runway Surface Condition Assessment and Reporting at Transport Airports issued by the Civil Aviation Administration of China. The system consists of three components: detection sensors, a positioning unit, and intelligent evaluation software. During continuous inspection, the system automatically scans the entire runway length and, upon completion, generates intelligent segmental reports in accordance with civil aviation standards. These reports identify the primary contaminants, their coverage percentage, and thickness; Fixed-point inspection allows users to examine specific key locations by reporting ground surface temperature and contaminant thickness at each point, while also capturing images for evidence. This mode can also be used to document pavement damage or capture images of lighting fixtures for verification purposes.
